Investor's cabinet
- In order to get to the Investor's cabinet, you need to go to your Neomarkets Personal Area – PAMM Service section – and click on the “Login for Investor” button. Initially, after clicking on the button, you will immediately get to the general PAMM Portal, and to enter your Investor's Cabinet you need to click on the “back to sign in” arrow in the upper left corner of the page.
- Enter login and password of PAMM Wallet to enter Investor's cabinet and click on the arrow below
- In your Investor cabinet you can see:
1. All PAMM Accounts in which you have invested funds.
2. Opposite each PAMM Account there is information about the funds available on it, net profit, trade results, trading interval and the date of account creation.
3. If you want to join another account that is not yet on your list, click on the “Register an Investor Account” button in the upper right corner of the page and you will be taken to a page where you can choose an account that suits you and join it.
4. In the “Search” field you will always be able to quickly find the account you are interested in by typing its name.
5. You can also activate the “Show Archive” button. The archive will include those investments that you “closed” - i.e. you invested funds in a PAMM Account, then you withdrew all funds from this PAMM Account and thus closed this investment. The “Refresh” arrow will allow you to update the data, which will go into the archive.
- To see detailed information about your investments in a particular account, click on the account name. In the opened window you will see:
1. Information on profits and investments.
2. Information about open and closed positions.
3. History of transactions and requests.
- To make a request to withdraw funds from the Manager's PAMM Account, you need to enter the account you are interested in, under the account name you will see the “Withdraw” button (item 1 on the image). Click on it, enter the withdrawal amount and click on “Withdraw” button (item 2 on the image).
- Updating of all PAMM Service data (statistics, charts, funds crediting, etc.) is performed during the “rollover”, which is updated at the beginning of each hour.
